Mr. Stevens joined Cognos in 2002 and is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing and sales strategy for the Global Life Sciences market. Mr. Stevens has over 15 years of pharmaceutical sales and management experience, and prior to joining Cognos, held positions in sales representation, reporting and analysis, operations consulting, and information management. Most recently, Mr. Stevens was with Amgen as Director of Sales Operations responsible for management of the 14-member sales operations team supporting an 800 member salesforce.

Paul Hake
Director
Cognos Innovation Center for Performance Management

Mr. Hake joined Cognos in 2005 and is responsible for delivering performance management solutions for the life-sciences industry. He also works with Cognos Innovation Center members to ensure best practices and supports their drive to utilize Cognos' performance management solutions in innovative ways. Mr. Hake has extensive experience of financial planning processes and implementing Cognos solutions in large global organizations. Prior to joining Cognos, he was a Director for FP&A at Pfizer.

Jack Lawler
Associate Director, Clinical Project Planning & Management (CPPM)
Cephalon Inc.

The CPPM team within Cephalon is responsible for supporting the mission and business goals of Cephalon Worldwide Medical and Regulatory Operations group, providing overall management of clinical management information systems and guidance on the use of technology as an adjunctive tool for effective operational and management activities. Mr. Lawler has over 10 years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment, including 5 years in clinical research and activities related to drug development. During that time he led a project which defined and implemented a comprehensive performance management system within the company.
